Geloof/Faith

NL: Geloof is wat de realiteiten van de mens verbindt met de realiteiten van God. Ons geloof is gebaseerd op wat God tot ons heeft gesproken, rechtstreeks of door Zijn Woord in de Bijbel. Een christen is geroepen om te wandelen en leven door het geloof. We zijn geroepen om ons geloof in God te voeden en om het te behouden tot aan het einde.

EN: Faith is what connects Men’s realities To God’s realities.
Our faith is based on what God has spoken to us, directly or through His word the Bible.
A Christian is called to walk by faith and live by faith.
We are called to nourish and keep our faith in God until the end.

Heiligheid/Holiness

NL: Heiligheid is het karakter van God. God is een Heilig wezen. God heeft Zijn volk geroepen om heilig te zijn zoals Hij heilig is. De Vader is Heilig; Jezus, de Zoon, is Heilig; De Heilige Geest is Heilig; Heiligheid is het vereiste karakter om de hemel binnen te gaan, de stad van God. Als gelovige zijn we geroepen om heilige levens te leven en heiligheid na te streven net als het behouden van ons geloof.

EN: Holiness is the character of God. God is a Holy Being.
God has called His people to be holy as He Himself is holy.
The Father is HOLY; Jesus, the Son, is Holy; The Holy Spirit Holy; Holiness is the character required to enter heaven, the city of God.
As Believer we are called to live holy lives and pursue holiness as well as keeping our faith.

Redding/Salvation

NL: Het doel van het christelijke leven is om de Redding te zoeken; Een christen is gered, wordt gered en zal gered worden. Wat is de Redding? Hoe wordt de mens nog gered? Hoe zal de mens gered worden aan het einde van zijn leven?

EN: The purpose of the christian live is to seek Salvation;
A Christian is saved, is being saved, and will be saved.
What is Salvation? How is man being saved? How will man be saved at the end of his life?
